We were treated to one of the most spectacular sunsets by local guide Janet. We thought that the first few minutes were as good as it was going to get …. boy were we wrong!! As Janet educated and entertained us about the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher we got to hear all about the flora and fauna of The Burren and we were treated to some close up views of fossils as well as seeing the beauty of the surrounding area. Janet effortlessly climbed the steps, making it look so much easier than it is in person, only to reveal that she had kept the best for last. There is was, the iconic Cliffs of Moher shot with one of the most beautiful sunsets for us to take postcards of. Truly spectacular.
