As a club member, we will send you a cheese box every month for three months. You will receive you box at the beginning of each month. Each cheese box includes a variety of seasoned cheeses which will be accompanied with products specifically chosen by our experienced Farm Shop Team here at Aillwee.

Furthermore, this package guides you through the story of how our Burren Gold Cheese has come to life over the last 35 years. Each box will tell its own story, with insights on the use of our traditional cheese making methods, our smoking process, the ageing of our cheese and suggested pairing and meal ideas.
